Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics

There are some materials that require special handling for safe disposal and should not be placed in the trash.  Residents of SOCRRA or residents of Bingham Farms and Bloomfield Hills may safely dispose of materials such as paints, pesticides, cleaners, old medicines, and other hazardous materials through the Household Hazardous Waste Collection program.  This program operates 6 days per week by appointment only. 

Another item that requires special handling for recycling is electronics.  Old computers, televisions, and other items are also accepted by appointment for SOCRRA residents, or residents of our customers Bingham Farms and Bloomfield Hills.

Coming Soon, City of Rochester residents will be able to use this program as well, not at this time, please check back soon.
