This program is By Appointment Only for residents of SOCRRA communities.

Please call 248-288-5153 Monday – Friday 9 am – 4 pm to schedule your appointment.

You can now schedule your appointment online, please read all guidelines below.

When you speak to a SOCRRA representative, residents will be asked their name, city, and whether they would like to come in the morning or the afternoon.  Appointment blocks are typically scheduled the same or next day.  Residents will then have that assigned block of time to bring in their materials.  There is no upfront charge to residents for this service.
To participate, please follow these guidelines:

1. You must have an appointment.  Please call 248-288-5153 or schedule your appointment online using button below.
2. You must be a resident in one of our 12 member communities.
3. Please be certain that when you are transporting containers of hazardous materials the containers are sealed to prevent spills.
4. Please make sure each item is clearly labeled.
5. Per federal/state law, we cannot accept waste from businesses.
6. For safety reasons, your container cannot be returned to you.
